Welcome to Math Core. By using the site you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.

The site is free

Math Core is free to use for learning, whether on your own, with a tutor or in a classroom. You don't need an account to use it.

Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account.

Be respectful

Please don't:

• choose a username or profile picture that is offensive, hateful, or pretends to be someone else;
• put personal information (yours or anyone else's) in your username, picture or mistake reports;
• fake leaderboard results, for example with scripts or by tampering with the site;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or other people's accounts.

We may rename, hide or remove accounts that break these rules, and reset leaderboard results that look faked.

The content

The lessons, problems and solutions on Math Core are original. You're welcome to use them for your own learning and in classrooms, but please don't copy large parts of the site to republish elsewhere. Links to other sites, like the Art of Problem Solving wiki, go to content owned by those sites.

We work hard to get every answer right, but mistakes can slip through. If you find one, please use the flag on the problem so we can fix it.

No guarantees

Math Core is provided “as is”. We can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site, including lost progress. Math Core isn't affiliated with or endorsed by MATHCOUNTS, the Mathematical Association of America (AMC and AIME), the College Board (AP), or any school.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.
